A family approached us to help them refurbish their existing end-of-terrace house in East Finchley. The proposal includes rebuilding a north facing back extension with a low ceiling and enlarging the existing dormer.
The project received planning permission from Barnet Council today, while we are working with structural engineers Price & Myers on Stage 4.
It will be an exciting addition to our extensions in the area, we’re planning on introducing a south facing rooflight that will drop a spot of sunlight into the back room.
